Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the protein powder, oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk together to ensure an even distribution of ingredients.
  3. Prepare Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and well blended.
