Instructions

  1. Step 1: Pour the all purpose flour onto a plate. Coat the chicken breasts in the flour. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat and fry the chicken breasts for 4 minutes on each side until golden. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  2. Step 2: In the same saucepan, add minced garlic, sliced sun-dried tomatoes, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, and oregano. Fry for 2 minutes to release the flavors.
