  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Stir in melted butter until the mixture is evenly moistened. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking pan to form an even layer.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
  3. Assemble and bake: Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the edges are set but the center slightly jiggles when the pan is gently shaken.
