Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Steam the Broccoli: While the pasta cooks, steam the broccoli florets until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes. Drain any excess water.
  3. Prepare the Cream Sauce: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously, and let it simmer gently for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

  5. Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked pasta, steamed broccoli, and shredded rotisserie chicken to the cream sauce in the skillet. Toss everything together to coat well and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
