Brownie Layer

  • 1 batch brownie mix (prepared according to package instructions)

Cookie Dough Layer

  • 1 batch chocolate chip cookie dough (homemade or store-bought)

Toppings

  • 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Prepare Brownie Batter: Follow the brownie mix package instructions to prepare the brownie batter. Pour the batter evenly into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Add Cookie Dough Layer: Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough evenly over the brownie batter. Gently spread or pat the cookie dough to cover the brownie batter as much as possible.
  3. Add Chocolate and Marshmallows: Sprinkle chocolate chips or chopped chocolate evenly over the layered batter. Then evenly distribute mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate layer.
  4. Bake: Place the pan in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  5. Cool and Serve: Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before cutting into squares. Serve warm for gooey marshmallow texture and melty chocolate.
