Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the casserole.
  2. Sauté Onions: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Prepare Spinach: Add the chopped spinach to the skillet with onions and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
